Dr. Nandita Sethi

Dr. Nandita Sethi is a distinguished academician, corporate trainer, and mentor with 25 years of experience in prestigious institutions across India. Holding a PhD in Economics, Dr. Sethi transitioned from a successful career to dedicate herself to nurturing entrepreneurship and supporting startups. She is renowned as the author of “Asia Pacific region – Emerging Opportunities for India” and has edited books including “India’s Growth Strategy – Services vs Manufacturing” and “Global Meltdown – Regional Impacts”. Her pioneering work in mentoring startups has been recognized with several awards, including the TiE-ISB Connect Best Mentor Award in 2016, the Indywood Business Excellence Award in 2019, and the COWE Excellence Award in 2021.

Sandip Poddar

Comes with 30 years of experience in the areas of Management Consulting, Corporate Advisory, Investment Banking, VC/PE, Investment Research & Valuation. Worked  A F Ferguson & Co,  Deloitte Global knowledge Services,  was the Co-Founder and Partner of The Venture Affair – a technology startup advisory firm, a resident Mentor at IIMC Innovation Park and at CiE, IIIT Incubator, an advisory board at Indian Chamber of Commerce) Startup initiative and  also an LP investor in PE/VC Funds,Angel Networks, Incubators & Accelerators.

Aditya Penumatcha

Aditya Penumatcha is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of journey. worked as a software engineer in MNC such as Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Verizon Business, iBasis in USA. He returned to India in 2007 to start his own business. He has built his own modular furniture business under the name of Alankritha Interio. He was Director at NCL Buildtek Ltd heading its operations and IT. He has done his MS in Computer Engineering and Management Family Business from Indian School of Business in 2015. His vision is to build a venture studio where startups can get a 360 degree support for starting to scaling.

With over 40 years of experience at leadership levels  across diverse industries, he brings expertise in strategic planning, Marketing, sales , building organisations both in Indian and International arena. His passion lies in mentoring startups, leveraging his experience to guide them through strategic decision-making, market entry, and thorugh  growth phases. He brings in  fresh and innovative  thiking  as a key strategic approach. He is committed to delivering tangible results, making him a valuable asset for startups looking to navigate and succeed in competitive landscapes.
